Villa Rita IV is located on a hill in the sleepy town of Sevid, about 40 minutes away from Split. It is surrounded by lush greenery and a fantastic panoramic view of the sea. As a novelty in 2024, we offer you a free modern electric golf vehicle ICOCAR for 4 people in combination with the rental of our villa, so that you can really enjoy driving to your most beautiful beach or visiting the wonderful Sevid. This contemporary villa has sophisticated interior design, exquisite furnishings, exceptional outdoor space and plenty of special treats. Villa Rita IV has three exceptional bedroom suites that can sleep up to eight very satisfied guests. Guests have at their disposal: a swimming pool with a state-of-the-art salt water disinfection system and electrolysis that creates natural chlorine, a Hot Spring®️ hot tub on the upper deck, a Weber®️ grill, a Play Station4®️, two Giant Talon E3®️ E-MTB bikes, a children's playground, beach volleyball and basketball courts, darts, Dione®️ table tennis table, two SUP boards and Airrunner®️ gymnastics equipment on the upper deck.

Thedining room is graceful and very inviting. With glass doors all around and itscircular shape and soft curtain, it is a romantic space with a beautiful viewof the islands. The spacious living room is very comfortable with a sumptuoussofa and armchair, TV on the wall and beautiful voile curtains on the door.Themaster bedroom is absolutely amazing with a sumptuous king size bed and themost amazing en-suite bathroom. Above the circular dining room, it enjoys abeautiful shape and a sensational panorama. You can grab some champagne fromyour wine cooler and laze in the central freestanding tub and indulge yourself.The remaining two two-bedroom suites are also winners with beautiful soft furnishings,lovely wallpapered walls and immaculate en-suite bathrooms. We provide you witha travel cot and a high chair for your small child if you need it.VillaRita IV boasts an exceptional outdoor space. The villa has numerous terraces ondifferent levels. The lower terrace is a children's paradise with swings, aslide, basketball and volleyball courts and table tennis. On the next level,there is a state-of-the-art swimming pool with a special salt disinfectionsystem and electrolysis that creates natural chlorine. The pool is surroundedby luxurious sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a swing for adults, theperfect place to relax and enjoy a holiday book. Above the pool you will find apath and stairs leading to an elevated terrace where you can enjoy deliciousalfresco meals cooked in your kitchen or on a quality Weber® grill. Ifnecessary, if you have a small child, you can request a protective fence to beplaced on the stairs so that they can drink coffee on the terrace without worrywhile your child plays.
