Villa Rita III is located in a very specific place in Sevid, about 40 minutes away from Split with a beautiful panoramic view of the islands. As a novelty, in 2024 we offer you a free modern electric golf vehicle ICOCAR for 4 people as part of the rental of our villa, so that you can really enjoy driving to your most beautiful beach or visiting the beautiful Sevid. This contemporary villa is beautifully decorated, has exceptional furniture, offers families exceptional outdoor space and is in a wonderful position where you can completely relax. Guests have at their disposal: a swimming pool with a state-of-the-art salt water disinfection system and electrolysis that creates natural chlorine, a Hot Spring® hot tub on the upper deck, a Weber® grill, Play Station4®, two Giant Talon E3® E-MTB bikes, a children's playground, beach volleyball and basketball courts, darts, Dione® table tennis table, two SUP boards and Airrunner® exercise machines on the upper deck. We also have a mooring for boats up to 10 meters (7 tons). Beautiful pebble beaches are about 750 meters away.

If you decideto tour nature, we recommend our Giant Talon EC® E-MTB bikes, of which we havetwo so you can enjoy beautiful Sevid with your partner.
