House rules

In order to enable you to stay in our facilities as comfortably as possible, and in order to eliminate possible future misunderstandings, please read the house rules. When confirming a reservation, it is assumed that you are familiar with its points and agree with them and that you will fully comply with them. Non-compliance with the house rules may result in a cancellation of a reservation without a money refund, regardless of any prior forced departure.

As allready pointed in „Booking conditions“, to be able to register your stay and to enroll you in the system of paying the tourist tax, you are obliged to send to us scans or photographs of personal documents (passports or ID's) for all arriving passengers. You are also obliged to read and sign our „Disclaimer statement“ that will be sent to you by e-mail or presented in the facility.

Our guests have at their disposal all amenities of the facilities, including toilet paper, towels, kitchen towels, toiletries, cleaning and washing preparations, deck chairs and sunshades.

Guests are obliged to take care of their belongings and valuables left in the facilities, and the owner is not responsible for their eventual disappearance. When going outside, guests must lock their doors and close their windows.

In the absence of the guest, the owner or staff of Villas Rita, unless otherwise agreed, has no right to enter the facilities. Exceptions are special circumstances due to which it is necessary to enter - for the sake of danger or to prevent damage. The owner is obliged to inform the guest about their entry in their first subsequent contact. In case of justified suspicion of the host that damage has been done, guests are obliged to allow him to enter the facilities to check the situation.

Pets are allowed, with prior announcement to Villas Rita Staff. The guest is obliged to take care that the pet does not walk on the furniture and does not cause any damage, and immediately clean his feces in the house and yard and on the beach.

Weapons, flammable and explosive substances or other electrical appliances (fan, etc.) are not allowed in the facilities without the permission or prior approval of Villas Rita Staff.

It is not allowed to move furniture from one room to another or take equipment from the interior and move outside the house or to the pool.

It is strictly forbidden to use indoor furniture (sofa, chairs, beds ...) in wet or damp clothes, including wet bathing suits.

Use of the pool, aswell with other sports equipment and playgrounds, is at your own risk.

It is forbidden to throw garbage in toilet bowls, washbasins and other places that are not intended for that, which includes the yard and the immediate surroundings of the house.

A guest who intentionally or unintentionally causes damage or damage to property will have to compensate Villas Rita for the full amount of the damage.
